We stayed at this lovely hotel for 4 nights during our trip to Florence. The location was perfect, just a short drive away. The modern and clean room exceeded our expectations. The Opera spa was a highlight, with a waived entrance fee on Mondays and excellent massages. We also enjoyed the Turkish bath and sauna. The nearby restaurant in Sassetta was exceptional. The breakfast was wonderful and the staff were welcoming. Driving to Cinque Terre was a breeze from here.
Would recommend this hotel.

I absolutely adored the elegant and romantic look of the buildings at the resort. The Mediterranean retreat vibe made me feel like I was on a truly luxurious vacation. Additionally, the general areas were designed with senior people in mind, with easy accessibility and comfortable seating throughout.
The only thing I would ask for to make the vacation better for senior people is a more attentive and understanding staff. Sometimes, the children working there seemed a bit careless and unaware of the specific needs of older guests.

We had a wonderful time at this luxurious hotel nestled on a hill with stunning views. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The housekeeping service was impeccable, and we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel also offered excellent tour and ticket assistance, which made it easy for us to explore the surrounding area. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating and air conditioning, a cozy sitting area, and a lovely terrace complete with garden furniture. We were also pleasantly surprised to find free toiletries and a well-equipped kitchenette, including an electric kettle and cookware. The flat-screen TV and parquet floors added a touch of elegance to our stay.
We highly recommend this hotel to all.

Spent New Year's Eve at a lovely resort in Tuscany. Enjoyed the breathtaking view of the mountains & hills from the room's balcony. The hydromassage tub was the highlight of our stay, which helped us to wind down after a busy day. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the Italian food was delicious. We enjoyed exploring the nearby town and found it easy to get there thanks to the resort's convenient shuttle service.
Sadly, the breakfast was a major letdown. The food options were limited, and the quality was poor. The coffee machine was often out of order, and the staff didn't seem to care. The breakfast room was too small, and we had to wait in line every morning to get a table. We were disappointed that the resort didn't do anything special for New Year's Day, despite the high prices we paid for the stay. we had a mixed experience at this resort.

Amazing sunset views while sipping wine outside. Luxury spa with sauna, hot tub, and ice waterfall, the waters are straight from an ancient spring. The pool has different depths, suitable for people of all ages. Very exclusive resort.
Had the pleasure of enjoying an uncomfortable bed.
